Good hotel with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and in-room breakfast. I fondly remember when the staff helped me print my documents during my first stay. I'll return next year!

The location was incredible, within walking distance of a people-watching plaza. Nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation. it was a really really nice stay during the holidays. hotel's location was good and absolutely perfect, in downtown san francisco. the staff was very knowledgeable and respectful and everything was lovely.

Nice location and awesome bar staff. Luggage handling was frustrating.

Nice and impressive place to stay 3 km away from a monument tower. Friendliness from the whole staff. Lovely bed, terrific room with a storage space, armchairs and big windows...

The location and the room

The bell desk was rude to my girlfriend. After the bell desk took my bags from my rental I was to drop the rental back. The bell desk didnt advise me to see the front desk before I left. Consequently, my girlfriend could not check in until I returned over an hour later. I also found the bell desk pushy and I became quite annoyed when they insisted on calling me a cab when I could have hailed one from the front.

IT is a new building and has amazing views if you have a room on the upper floors. I also like the lap pool. The location is fine, not in the center of Union Square but close enough.

Valet parking is really expensive.

Good location, nice service and very good gym -

Hotel service people made a mistake on the bills when we did check out - 1 person told us we have paid by 3rd party when we did check in, means no need to make payment. When we check out, the other people print the total of 3 days bills asked us to make payment again, it's really confused.

I stayed 4 nights in a classic double room. The bed was super comfy, and the room had a seating area, tv, and a minibar. The bathroom was well-appointed with quality toiletries. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for the kids, but the hot tub could've been cleaner. Staff was helpful throughout our stay.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the services. Armando was very nice and knowledgeable who took our bags. We would stay there again and will recommend this hotel too. Helen

In many ways, it was a bt dated

The room was clean and had a beautiful view, making it a comfortable stay. However, the staff interactions were not as warm as expected, with some confusing check-in experiences and unhelpful responses about luggage. It's great for families and has a convenient location near attractions.

We appreciated staff and location, every detail was provided. Location: the hotel was near to many attractions, market street and the union square. Moreover, a modern art museum and other places worth exploring were an easy walk to the property.

The view from the room on 24th flor was excelent!

The parking at 52 usd is too much
